My home needed havac service and repairs. When the man came out he attentioned where the work was needed and what needed service. Job well done

Efficient, on time.

Jay Lopez came out on 6/10/26 to fix my swamp cooler, ended up paying over $550 on the word of Jay, he said if I wanted to update my switches that to call him and he'll do for another $250! After that I was totally feeling i was being taken advantage of. I asked him for a detailed list of all he did and wanted information on my warranty, he said I'd get in 3 to 5 days, I still have no receipt or warranty paperwork. I called their office, left message, I called and texted Jay, no response. Today is 6/22/26 and I have no receipt. They demand payment immediately and they got paid but I can't get a dam receipt and warranty information immediately, very unprofessional and not trust worthy. I would not recommend this company, they are shady and don't keep their word.

The motor on the swamp cooler, called polar they were out there by 9: 30AM and were done before 1030. fastest service I received ever ! Thank you

.A rare event in the HVAC repair industry! Same day appointment Jay arrived on time. cleaned the ducts, cleaned up the mess and tested the operation. Very pleasant young man returned same day again when advised the dryer was still giving flow sense warnings and damp clothes. Went up on roof and found a totally clogged rain cap on the vent pipe. He cleaned the rain cap and suggested the rain cap be replaced with a serviceable style rain cap that is not attached to the vent pipe with screws that catch the lint and build up a dam of lint until it is fully clogged.

Very professional and thorough. Serviced our air conditioner, cleaned everything inside and out, checked for and identified items that were recommended to be replaced. Fully explained the reason why replacement was recommended and outlined possible consequences if we were to choose not to follow their advice. Everything was completed to our fullest satisfaction.

They were very quick to respond, provided a complete estimate, scheduled the repair work in a timely manner and completed the work. So far everything is operating well and I have no reason to think there will be any problems! The charges for the repair work were reasonable. Thank you!!

Jay is not to be trusted. I was quoted $435 for a motor replacement in my swamp cooler, which is available at Lowe's for $114 for the same model. The pump he replaced went out the following month as it was not compatible with the motor. I was quoted $135 for the pump replacement, which again was available at Lowe's for $46.28. He charged $95 per hour with no invoice provided prior to requiring payment. It took over a month for the service invoice to be emailed to me. When I called to request the invoice he proceeded to talk over me and blame the communication on Angie's List. He also took advantage of my situation and I believed him when he said he would apply a discount for his service, before I was able to research the actual prices of the parts. He became nervous when I started taking photos of the parts and writing down the exact quotes he stated. When I called back for follow up on the "warranty" when the pump went out a month later, he hung up on me. I paid over $612.40 for a new pump, motor, and electrical work. However, the level of unprofessional communication and lack of basic transparency in pricing and service should lead all to seek alternative services.

They do a good service, fast and friendly my furnace didn't work..they fixed in about 15 minutes!!! Never seen that before.

Recommended for Air conditioning in Albuquerque, price is affordable

Jay was very thorough, taking pictures and showing me everything he found. At first, this was a job to clean and inspect my dryer venting system. It turned out that the ducting in the crawl space was poorly placed and constructed, leaving too many bends and debris, and leakage. Jay rebuilt the ductwork so the airflow was improved and there were no leaks. He also found that the roof flashing on the dryer vent cap was not properly sealed, and he repaired it. He went above and beyond, and resealed all my rooftop vent caps.

Knowledgeable and helpful. Unfortunately, I had to replace the AC units. Service is fast and they had the units in stock. Took a bit for the deposit to go through but the work is getting completed as I write this message. Thankful as it has been chilly in the house without heating.
