I had experienced sudden water line burst and was spreading throughout my house I called White Rhino Restoration during after hours 11pm and they responded quickly and acted accordingly. I have never experienced this kind of emergency before. They walked me through the whole process and explained everything step by step. DJ was the point of contact and followed through flawlessly. I donâ t know what I would have done had I tried to take on the insurance myself. His knowledge exceeded my expectations and handled my claim perfectly. He went above and beyond to help me and my wife in this time of need. Once he got the insurance to settle on damages thatâ s when he quickly engaged in all the repairs that our home suffered. He was able to get us full replacement rather than the cheap patch repairs the adjuster tried get us to agree too. DJ and Larry with White Rhino Restoration are highly recommended. And turned that experience into a very positive and satisfactory conclusion if there was a 10 star option they would definitely meet that
