White Tornado Cleaning Service

Was very professional and friendly service

Very reliable and trustworthy!

White Tornado us extremely reliable and very efficient in their services.

Ms. Tarin and her team arrived when she said they would and the work was impeccable. Would definitely hire them again.

Very good overall

Did not get the 50% deal for first timers. Cleaner must have been new and did not know what she was to do for sure. Things on the list missed. Crooked pictures and other minor things annoying. She worked constantly but seemed unsure of herself. The owner was terrific.

It has been a very rewarding experience. They are very concerned with doing a good job and making sure I was satisfied.

They were outstanding in communicating. And arrived on time and had all of the supplies required. My problem was that for $40 per person per hour one of the cleaners was a trainee and needed direction and training. The trainee took a lot of the supervisors time. That hourly rate is already high for housekeepers, in my experience but I thought for two pros it might be worth it. I only got one pro at my job. Had there been a discount for the second cleaner I would have gotten better value.

Alicia was unable to complete my window washing due to an emergency in her life. The estimate was right on target and except for the rain, I think it could have worked out but, alas, she was prevented from doing the job.

Absolutely the best service. Not only are our windows sparkling, but the screens look like new and the window sills inside and out are looking new too. Highly recommend.

bare minimum done. did reminding, but still not a good job

Pleasant to have in the house and work with.

She is easy to work with.

Have referred many times. Really dependable, trustworthy; can leave our key with her.

Been with them for number of years. Very pleased.

Scheduling the estimate and then actual apt went smoothly.

Alicia is awesome. She's always prompt. She's been doing the service long enough that she can estimate time to complete within a few minutes, so when she estimates a 4 hour job you can plan around it. We have had no problems with her. She treats our pets with respect and kindness. We all understand what will and will not be done and our part in making sure things are ready to clean.

Kristie was very detailed. I mainly needed her to dust and vacuum for me

She was a no show and no call. Then tried to make excuses as to why she didn't show up. Even after it being prearranged and reconfirmed.

Very efficient, On time, and gret worker
