I had an issue with my AC and had no idea what it was, the house would not cool in the upper levels. I noticed it was really warm in my home and I remembered I used to work with someone who knew somebody, I called the number he referenced to me. Decarlos came, checked the unit in the outside, and went to the attic to check the actual unit. Very respectful, professional, wore a mask and everything... he told me what he would do to the unit. I felt comfortable with the information, he tested the system and he went into the attic and took a pic to show me how the cores look. He told me it was not a whole unit problem, it was a part problem and so I hired him to fix my unit. Very convenient, professional, worked with my schedule, I felt comfortable with the pricing and he got my unit fixed. He told me how to keep the house cooler, closed the doors and blinds, he brought fans in while fixing the unit and it has been working properly ever since and I have referred him to others! I would use him again!
