My fence was pushed apart, somehow. Only three slats, but needed repair. I spoke with this company and they were willing to come right away. I was busy and told them I would call them when I got home. I called and they came within 10 minutes. They did an extremely nice job repairing my fence. Very nice people to work with. I would highly recommend and would use them in the future if I need it.

The owner was very polite but I got the feeling that he was understaffed I am guessing since COVID. He genuinely tried to work with the customer to squeeze you in. 1. He failed to show up on the day we were scheduled for the work b/c he said he forgot to transfer and pencil us in on his calendar. 2. We rescheduled for the following week and I asked him to call me the day prior for confirmation and he did not. I called him the day prior myself to confirm. 3. He initially told me that 2 men were going to be doing the work and only 1 worker showed up. The worker was prompt and worked very hard on a very hot day. 4. That worker said that a different person was coming the following day to install the BabyLoc safety fence but that person who specializes never showed up. We had to call to follow up after 2 hours of the promised start time. At this point, WhiteHouse seemed too unreliable and we contacted the owner and canceled the rest of the job and paid him for the work that was completed.

They did an incredible job. They went beyond just putting up the fence. They cleaned up all overgrown weeds coming from the sump behind the fence all on their own. The guys that worked on the fence were so professional. I would definitely recommend them!
