I had several other companies in to quote, Jim was the most reasonable and could get it done in a timely manner. Would use them again for any other home repairs I need.

Had some paint bubbling on my living room ceiling and a little staining. Wasn't sure what was going on since had another company reside my dormers 18 months ago due to a leakage. In one dormer. They did. Great job, no complaints there. So wasn't sure what was happening now.. Jim came out and found 2 popped nails in the roof and sealed them at no charge. It's now a wait see with the next rainfall. If I still have an issue, Jim is definitely the guy I will call for the repair. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Gave a quote to reroof my enclosed patio with a product better suited to the almost flat roof. A project for later this year. Thanks Jim.

Worked with Jim White on getting a quote on replacing our homes shingle roof. Quote was competitive, and Jim was one of the few contractors that went on the roof and inspected it. Work was done on time and at this time, am very satisfied with the job completed by White's Home Improvements.

Very professional without the typical sales Propoganda. Actually got on the roof to measure and look for soft spots and any decay.

Jim and his crew did an awesome job, prompt, neat and quick. They did the job in less time then estimated, at cost and the job looks great. The staff were wonderful to work with and addressed any questions I had instantly.

This is a first rate company. Jim came to give me a quote & cleaned my clogged gutter while he was up on the roof!! Who does that these days without already having the job?? It made the difference in my decision. He also worked with me regarding the price. This was a complete tear off & re-roof and his crew did a good job. They were done in one day. All in all, I am very pleased and would recommend White's Home Improvements to everyone.

We had a big leak but small repair job. Other companies we talked weren't interested in such a small job, but White's was different. Jim Swift took care of it in short order even though we live near the edge of their service area. Very friendly. I asked him about a couple other areas of the roof. I suspect some other companies might have seen this as an opportunity to make some more money, but Jim checked them and said they were OK. Good job for a fair price. I will use white's again.

Absolutely fantastic service!!!!!! I called and asked to get an estimate, Jim came out the same day at the time promised. He checked out my problem and gave me an estimate. I asked if he accepted charge cards and he did so I accepted his offer. To my surprise he did the work right then and there!!!!!!!!!!! Jim was very courteous and pointed out a few potential problems that may need to be addressed in a couple of years, just to keep an eye on them. No pressure for any more work to be done now. VERY PROFESSIONAL. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We had a complete tear off of our home and garage done. From the moment of estimate to the time the work was done, the company was friendly, easy to work with and did an awesome job. I crew that was at our home was friendly, left no mess, and the supervisor even followed up later that evening to make sure we were satisfied with the job. Very easy to work with, good work at a fair price

Is a real pleasure working with Jim Swift! He's upfront about everything, very knowledgeable and super friendly. His crew was excellent. They are prompt and friendly, did an awesome job and left the property looking great. I will recommend White's given the chance. By the way, the roof was only part of the job. They are doing our siding, too. I will update my review once the siding is done.

Other than the weather messing their schedule they do quality work, answered all of my questions and where on time with their estimates of when they would be done. No complaints

Jim Swift was a delight to work with and so nice. I called due to a leak and he was there that day. Gave me an estimate on repairs and was honest about everything needed and fixed it all the next morning. He even cleaned my gutter out :) Good to see there are nice and honest repair places still. excellent respondse to our needs......excellent price for what all companies were offering for the same materials and service. They did not pressure us and i was able to reach the owner and crew chief when needed.

COME OUT TO DO THE ESTIMATE IN A TIMELY MANNER. WORKERS WERE TIMELY ON GETTING TO THE JOB & GETTING DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. CLEAN UP COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE BETTER BUT THE DAY THE ROOF WAS DONE IT WAS COLD. OVERALL A JOB WELL DONE.

Very prompt response. Quote was very competitive. Tom White (owner) managed the entire process himself. Roof was completed in a timely manner with no surprises. His crew did a good job cleaning up, I only found a handful of shingle fragments and a couple of nails. I would recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof.
