"August and cossete had a very difficult leak in the roof. I told them before they hired me that it may take me two or three attempts to stop due to the location of the leak and age of the roof. I did guarantee the work however they never let me come back out to finish the job. As far as the ceiling that has fell in it is the same section that had fell in before I ever started any work. They asked me before I did the work if I could fix it for free but I couldn?t. Saying it fell in after was an attempt to get me to fix it for free however I had photos."
"The job was completed as promised. A week after the job was finished she called and asked me to fix something that was located on the other side of the house and completely unrelated to the job I was doing. It would have been a completely separate job that I was going to have to make a new contract for. It was a foundation repair that would have been costly and time-consuming for me. Unfortunately, she was unwilling to pay for it telling me she already paid me to paint her balcony doors and that should be enough for me to do the repairs as well. I simply cannot do a separate job for free. Please take this into consideration."
"I never worked for this woman I don?t know who did. I gave her an estimate on a few small projects in the spring. However she went with someone else who gave a lower price. I?m Sorry for the inconvenience you have encountered. I would be happy to look at what needs done and give you another estimate."
"I did reach out to the homeowner on multiple occasions to try to set up a time for me to come back out. The cleanup I had to do was vacuum up some paint chips and collect my shop vac which was still their basement. They never answered my phone calls. I will admit they did try calling me twice and left me two voicemails but they never answered when I called back. I stopped by on a few occasions and knocked due to the fact we were playing phone tag but no one was ever home."
"I have been in contact with Joseph and we have discussed his problems in depth. The problems that he mentioned in this review was solely due to a misunderstanding that has been resolved. He has since asked HomeAdvisor to remove his complaint but it has not went through yet. My name and integrity means everything to me. I will never try to take advantage of a customer Elderly or otherwise. Until HomeAdvisor has processed his request and removed this review I ask that you look at my other reviews to see the care I put into my work and the quality of it."
