The paint job gave a nice look to my aluminum sided home. Many neighbor compliments. Patrick is very skilled and very accommodating. He is also follows good health and safety guidelines which I'm grateful for. Very pleased with the job.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
The pro came to repair a leak in my parents roof, in the living room. We called and got the pro. He came and said he could repair the roof leak. He guaranteed the work. It still leaks and the part of the ceiling fell in about a week ago, after there was a lot of rain. My father is August Collacchi.

"August and cossete had a very difficult leak in the roof. I told them before they hired me that it may take me two or three attempts to stop due to the location of the leak and age of the roof. I did guarantee the work however they never let me come back out to finish the job. As far as the ceiling that has fell in it is the same section that had fell in before I ever started any work. They asked me before I did the work if I could fix it for free but I couldn?t. Saying it fell in after was an attempt to get me to fix it for free however I had photos."

"The job was completed as promised. A week after the job was finished she called and asked me to fix something that was located on the other side of the house and completely unrelated to the job I was doing. It would have been a completely separate job that I was going to have to make a new contract for. It was a foundation repair that would have been costly and time-consuming for me. Unfortunately, she was unwilling to pay for it telling me she already paid me to paint her balcony doors and that should be enough for me to do the repairs as well. I simply cannot do a separate job for free. Please take this into consideration."

Patrick came highly recommended by a friend. I had several smaller jobs that needed to be done in anticipation of putting my house up for sale. I made the mistake of paying him in full when he had not completed three of the jobs. I have called him repeatedly without a satisfactory response. I called him on a Monday to set up a time to complete the jobs. He said he did not have his calendar and he would get back to me later that week. By Friday he had not called back so I started calling him. He would not answer the phone and now, four weeks later, he still has not called me. At this point, I am hiring someone else to finish the jobs and plan to sue him for what I have to pay the new guy since he is already been paid. Patrick does less than professional quality work and does not clean up after himself. A couple of the days when he said he would come to the house, he was a no-call no-show. Other times he was late. I am very disappointed in him and would not recommend him to others.

"I never worked for this woman I don?t know who did. I gave her an estimate on a few small projects in the spring. However she went with someone else who gave a lower price. I?m Sorry for the inconvenience you have encountered. I would be happy to look at what needs done and give you another estimate."

Foundation, Basement or Crawlspace Waterproofing / Encapsulation
We hired Patrick to waterproof our basement walls. It took about three weeks for him to come out. He did tell us he was finishing up a roof. Once he completed the job, he was paid informing full. Said he would be back to clean up and inspect. Here we are approximately 5 months out still waiting for him to clean up (which we did) and to inspect. We have reached out and have not heard back. I will never hire him or recommend him at all.

"I did reach out to the homeowner on multiple occasions to try to set up a time for me to come back out. The cleanup I had to do was vacuum up some paint chips and collect my shop vac which was still their basement. They never answered my phone calls. I will admit they did try calling me twice and left me two voicemails but they never answered when I called back. I stopped by on a few occasions and knocked due to the fact we were playing phone tag but no one was ever home."

I feel that Patrick White is taking advantage of us, we are elderly and feel that he wanted to make money fast and get done. I am very disappointed that he would take advantage of sr citizens living on a very low income.

"I have been in contact with Joseph and we have discussed his problems in depth. The problems that he mentioned in this review was solely due to a misunderstanding that has been resolved. He has since asked HomeAdvisor to remove his complaint but it has not went through yet. My name and integrity means everything to me. I will never try to take advantage of a customer Elderly or otherwise. Until HomeAdvisor has processed his request and removed this review I ask that you look at my other reviews to see the care I put into my work and the quality of it."

If you need someone quickly for an emergency repair Patrick White is the one to call. A bit pricey but job done right in temps below 40â oF with the right materials.. Heâ s very prompt returning calls and on time.

We recently hired Patrick to paint our kitchen. When we called him about the job, he responded quickly, came to our home to talk about what we wanted, and prepared a quote. After scheduling a time that was good for both of us, he arrived on time and completed the job as promised. We are very happy with our kitchen. He did a great job painting and prepping before he painted. He cleaned the walls, filled in any holes from nails we had hung things with. The kitchen walls look amazing. He was courteous and professional. We would definitely hire Patrick again and would highly recommend him to our family and friends.
