Jack White performs quarterly palm tree maintenance for all of my palm trees. Jack is courteous, on time , professional , and has outstanding knowledge on how to care for my palm trees. If his quarterly maintenance requires additional work that is required , he completes the work without any hesitation. His customer service and job knowledge are outstanding. He does not complete or leave a job site until the customer is satisfied. I have used other palm tree services but Jack White is the best in Charlotte. I would highly recommend his palm tree service to anyone needing assistance with maintaining palm trees.

Jack patiently helped us through the process of deciding what we wanted our pond/water feature to be. It was wonderful to see his creativity at work. Jack was easy to relate ideas to and open to any new ideas. I cant imagine our property without our pond. Listening to the water cascading over the rocks is so relaxing. Jack is such an amazing, knowledgeable and professional pond guy! He has a real talent in how he structures his waterfalls, ponds and landscaping. He truly cares about the wildlife your pond draws in. We had a leaking waterfall and a very green pond. We received no help or guidance from a well known pond company in the area regarding these issues and we were ready to give up. When Jack came to take a look at it, he assured us he could fix it, so we went with his suggestions. All I can say is â WOWâ - He went above and beyond! He not only fixed it, but we have a stunning new waterfall and a crystal clear pond that we can actually see the fish in! If you are considering a new water feature or need maintenance on a pond you currently own, Jack is the guy! I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience working with him!

Jack reviewed the two ideas I was thinking of, and carefully explained why they probably wouldnâ  t satisfy us. He then laid out his ideas and the supporting details and it had been an awesome blessing! We have had countless hours enjoying the beauty of the pond. He installed it in four days and our backyard has been beautiful since.

He is very creative in what he does and he does a great job of incorporating all of the natural aspects in your backyard into your waterscape. It actually looks like we built our house on top of the pond he built! We have lived in the home for around 18 months and we still get people that ask us how we built our house around the landscaping.
