We hired Whitetail Landscaping to landscape both sides of our house. They did beautiful work. However, this Spring we noticed that our Japanese Maple was half dead. My husband called Kyle and then sent him an email with a picture of it. He heard no response so I made several messages. Again, no response. We were told that there was a one-year guarantee on the plants but now seems we are being dodged. Even though the landscaping was beautiful we would never work with them again due to their poor customer service.

Kyle did a great job listening to us and giving suggestions on the landscaping. The work was done on time and everything looks great!!!

Whitetail Landscaping just finished a paver project of my front porch and walkway. I am extremely satisfied with the beautiful results. Kyle was responsive and easy to work with, offering some good suggestions. Most importantly, he and his hardworking crew wanted me to be happy. They were accommodating and professional and I highly recommend them.

Kyle was amazing to work with. He responded quickly to my request for a quote, was out within a couple of days for an estimate and provided the formal quote the next day. His quote was right in line with what we expected for the work and he was able to start within a few days. His crew did an amazing job pulling weeds, trimming trees, edging our flower beds and adding mulch. Our yard looks amazing - will definitely hire again for future landscaping projects!

My front yard â over do â is just what it needed. Thanks to Kyles ideas and choice of plants we are very pleased. All questions were answered promptly. I am dealing with dead grass even that I waited per instructions, applied weed, and insect treatments. I am basically being accused by Kyle (owner) that I must not have followed the directions. The fact of the matter is that my old lawn was not properly prepared by Kyle/his employees before installing the sod. According to his proposal, he was going to install new topsoil. Instead, he unilaterally decided to use the old topsoil from my parkway - an area that was clearly damaged by weeds and insects. After doing a little more research on how to professionally install sod, starter fertilizer should have been incorporated into the soil, 2-3 inches deep. There is no way that this happened to my lawn as I am discovering now. In the process of adding new topsoil and incorporating it into my lawn, I am finding old roots from trees or bushes that must have been in the soil for many years before I owned my home. If Kyle/his employees are actually done this - or at the very least, tilled my lawn to break up the soil - these roots would have been chopped up and I would not have had to deal with them myself. After a few emails back and forth, Kyle offered a $25 refund - off at a $1600 bill. Seriously? Plain insulting. I asked for a fair refund and now Kyle has decided to ignore my request. I will be spending the next week or so posting my opinions wherever I can.

I would recommend this company without reservation and plan to use them in the future. Kyle was extremely pleasant and professional . I asked for something very specific and he immediately understood my vision and worked to accomplish it. The team doing the job were on time, Had a great work ethic, and the quality of their work is excellent and even when encountering a snag they smiled and figured it out, no complaining

Kyle provided a quick follow up call post scheduling with home advisor, and was able to come out the next day. He also turned around a same-day quote with great ideas and provided multiple cost options for me to choose from. Additionally he returned the following day to perform the work. When we discovered and inadvertent error in the color matching of the mulch, he quickly had his team purchase my exact brand and was rectified by the next morning. I appreciated hi quality control with a personal visit when the work was done. It's clear Kyle takes pride in his work and had great customer service! I would definitely recommend Whitetail to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price. I plan to use them in the spring for future work.

Great company. Kyle showed up to do the estimate on the work. I needed flagstone path raised and reset in my backyard. Work was done UNDER budget and done on time! Would recommend without reservation! definitely plan to use this company again for landscaping needs.
