Absolutely the BEST! I wish I could give 100 stars to Josh and Whitfield Schneider because they are just wonderful. In the past, we did not know any better and had hired plumbers from plumbing companies who would just send out whoever they had available and we would always overpay for subpar work. But then we discovered Whitfield Schneider and will never go back! Josh and his father are incredibly knowledgeable and have a true passion for their work and their trade that you just do not see anymore. Josh is unbelievably thorough and explains everything so clearly. This company is very responsive, extremely caring and such a pleasure to work with. Josh is incredibly smart, fair, honest, and very meticulous. We love Josh so much that we have retained him for multiple projects for the kitchen and multiple bathrooms, and are planning more projects with them because they are just that fantastic. We highly, HIGHLY recommend this team!

Josh provides excellent plumbing services. He is responsive and takes pride in his work. He makes it clear that he is more interested in the honest, long-term relationship than in making a quick buck. Thus far, I've worked with him to resolve an unpredictable dishwasher leak and install a basement sink with a drainage pump. I highly recommend him.

Joshua and his father were very professional and competent. They were also very personable and responsive and thoroughly answered all my questions. On top of all that they were also affordable. I finally found a plumber that I know is competent and I can trust. Definitely will be my **Go To Plumber** in the future. I highly recommend them.

After years of looking for a qualified professional that understands the heating and plumbing of a 100 year old house, Whitfield Schneider was exactly the company I was looking for. I called, they took a look at my issue and explained the solution. They weren't overwhelmed or stumped. Brian was upfront and honest and pricing was reasonable. Arrived and finished the job timely. The big plumbing and heating chains don't have a clue. I will be entrusting Whitfield Schneider with all my heating and plumbing going forward. I strongly recommend their services.

Was a week end event. Offered to come right away. Elected next day. He analyzed the problem, was complicated, went with no hesitation into crawl space, decided on a simple solution, offered a reasonable estimate and completed the fix post haste. I later examined the work. EXCELLENT and INNOVATIVE.

Josh and his father were amazing! This company was one of 3 who gave us quotes. They were the most honest with the repairs that needed to be done, and gave us options with a couple of repairs so we could make an educated decision (example a toilet was leaking, to fix the leak was $250 and to replace was $350, and we decided to pop for the extra charge to replace the toilet- not quoting exact prices though). They were pleasant to have in my home, they took the time to carefully repair, they answered my questions and were candid about maintenance. Truly a perfect combo of reliable, honest, thorough, and great customer service. Thank you for fixing my toilets, sinks, laundry shutoffs, and shower of my new (old) home!!

Came out within a few hour and got the job done. Very professional.

Really cold days caused pipe leading to the shower to burst in the early morning. Called Brian and he was at my house within 20 minutes. Using his high tech gear, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and in a couple of minutes, found the break. After spending a few minutes to plan the repair, he had the pipe fixed in about 15 minutes. After analyzing what could have led to the break, he reinforced the area with insulation to prevent the problem from re-occurring. After the pipe repair, there was tile and faucet work that was needed as well. Brian and Josh continued to work it until all repairs were complete and all showers in working condition. They are very attentive to their customers and make sure the work is done right - real pros. Great people as well. I would highly recommend them for any home repair or improvement project you may be considering.

Brian and his crew are great. We asked Brian to follow up on our home inspection when we bought a new (old) home. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and gave us very good recommendations without trying to sell us things we did not need. He provided us with an accurate and reasonable estimate. When it came time to do the job, Brian and his crew came in and worked until the job was complete. Their workmanship is excellent and of the highest quality. When something needed fixing, they came right back and took care of it right away. I highly recommend Brian and his crew.

Came and found the gas leak in the wall promptly. They had high tech equipment (behind the wall cameras/ gas sniffer). Fixed the problem and charged a fair price for the job. Great 4th generation family business. I would highly recommend

Pleasant and hard working. Their solution to my problem was spot on.

They had a hard time finding the leak in the bathroom. But they “owned” the problem and got it fixed after a few tries and did not charge for the added trips.

Our bathroom remodel is the second plumbing project for Whitfield Schneider Enterprises at our house. The carpenters told us on Sunday that the plumbers were needed Monday! Brian made sure that the work was done exactly on time! These are the guys you want working in your home. Five stars!

THey are responsive and will work through difficulties and troubleshooting processes until your issue is resolved. They were responsive to the initial request for service and followed up when the project was in-process and replacement parts were being sourced.
