Sunroom or Patio Enclosure Building Service

Did not contract with any builder. Decided to wait. When the time is right we will definitely use Whitley Builders. Professional, knowledgeable and fair.

The general quality of the work was quite good. The willingness to listen and to accommodate was outstanding. I had a few problems with the installation of the wood stove, in part because that kind of installation is not a routine matter in the State of Florida. Nonetheless, the end result was all well. As a customer, I do not have the general overview so as to be able to judge price comparatively and authoritatively, but I certainly had the feeling of being dealt with honesty and dignified respect. I would not hesitate to recommend Whitley Builders to any of my acquaintances for any similar projects.

It was a pleasure to have this work done by the Whitley Builders. They were always professional in both their work and their communication with me. I am very proud of the quailty and appearance of my remodeled bathroom. The worker even helped me take care of a security problem with my door, making my home a safer place to live. I look forward to having other work done by this company.

Major Home Repair (General Contractor)

Whitley Builders, LLC is an exceptional company! The Whitley family is responsive, reasonably priced, and does quality work. The people who completed the (MANY) projects on my house have been reliable, trustworthy, and perfectionists...they take great pride in their work, and with good reason. My next door neighbor reported to me that she has lived in her house for 25 years and has never seen MINE look so good - I have to agree with her! The work is done top notch, and the people are even better. I don't have a single complaint about this company or the work they've done - they've reached their goal of customer satisfaction with me! :-)

They helped us do major renovation. They did quality work, helped us get the products for the work and everything was on time. They listened about what we wanted done and helped us decide what could be done. They were very good at communication.
