Had trees damage from storms. It took them a while to get to me because of the storms. My tree damage was not an emergency. They asked if I could wait and I told them to put me down near the bottom of their list. When they came out, they did an excellent job.

Eric called me immediately, I had barely clicked on the submit button on a Saturday afternoon. He offered to come out on Sunday, the next day and I told him it wasn't necessary, it could wait until Monday. He called on Sunday to confirm the appointment and came out on Monday morning at 9, right on time with all of his equipment ready to work. He was very polite, friendly, professional, I just can't say enough about him. He not only did the job I asked for, he took down 3 other trees for me while he and his crew were here. They cleaned up everything to include my driveway. i have a tree man for life. He was wonderful. Thank you, Eric.

Did a very good job and even though Whitlow had to travel some distance their pricing was lower than a firm a couple of mile away. Would recommend using Whitlow to anyone.

Fantastic is truly the only word that describies Mr. Whilow and his crew. They removed a tree from my back yard which is siduated between my house and my neighbors' house. The only that hit either house was the wind from the falling branches. They're knowledgeable and their expertise is amazing. It only took them 4 hrs. to remove the tree and grind the stump ( See Pictures). Just before completing the job it started to rain, but that did not stop them, they continued as if the sun was shinning. Even in the rain they removed all of the debris. As far as recommending them, I don't think you'll find anyone better.

I was completely satisfied with the work performed by Whitlow Landscaping & Design. I received the quote for the job the day I called and they arrived to do the work on schedule. The crew that came to do the work exceeding my expectations. I had 8 trees topped out and 2 large trees taken down. The trees look great and they completely cleaned my entire yard from any debris. Mr. Whitlow was courteous and professional, he wanted to make sure I was happy and so did his crew. When I need something like this to be done in the future, I won't be calling anyone but Mr. Whitlow.

Eric Whitlow did a great job at our home cutting down 1 large tree and grinding the stump. The reason for rating Mr. Whitlow with four stars is; (1) after contacting me on the day he would attempt to show he wasn't able to show for another 2 days and I had to contact him back to get updates;(2) on the special offers for the company Mr. Whitlow advertises $50 off any job over $500 and he didn't take the initiative to inform or even suggest the disconnect. Understand I'm not normally this anal, but was home waiting on Mr. Whitlow and I'm sure he would have felt the same...thanks. Overall, I like his service and attention to detail.

From the start of the project Whitlow Landscaping was a professional service in every sense. The owner came by and gave me a reasonsable quote and was involved in the project. He and is workers did a great job cutting back and down massive trees in the backyard. The work and cleanup was excellent. I was very impressed with everything they did. I would recommend them for any tree service work.
