Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System Installation

Install was a mess from the beginning. Wrong unit ordered to start with. Then the installer kept breaking parts to the unit. Have had them come back several times to correct issues. Unit is only 9 months old and we have warranty, but owner will not return calls or texts, so went with another company to fix their issues and of course money out of our pocket because owner of this company isnt fulfilling his obligation under the warranty. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Put a deposit down in November. At first he was communicative. but after 2.5 months, we had to start reaching out for updates and kept getting excuses. He "lost" our phone number. Then he got injured and was supposed to have someone else do the repair for us. That other person never reached out and neither did Daniel. We would go 2-3 weeks without hearing anything. Finally after 3 months, we requested out money back. A month later and we still haven't received it and now he wont even respond to us.

Ducts & Vents Installation and Replacement

There isn't enough space to tell the whole story. I'll sum it up...he replaced ductwork on a 1008 sq ft house with 10 runs. He said it would be a one day job, maybe a couple of hours on a second day. It ended up taking him six days working over a period of eight days. One day he even had someone helping him. Then when he was "finished" the insulation wasn't taped. He claims it doesnt have to be taped. I am not an HVAC person, but I've never seen it not taped. I personally liked the guy, but his work is not good. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.

I had my system replaced last year and initially the guys were nice and the system worked. It is not even a year old yet and I have been sitting in an 80 to 87 degree house all week while being told they are trying to make it and sending someone else out that said my original company said nothing is wrong and wanted photos. I paid $12k and can not use my ac!! I also never got the dust zapping filter I was sold and paid for.
