The Whittco repair men were very friendly and worked efficiently to get the TV hung. I got the feeling they have not done many of these mountings, but they were successful in hanging the TV. The only hesitation I have with them is that the TV was not mounted perfectly level. It is slightly off on one side, but not very noticeable. All-in-all, my experience was positive. They showed up on time, were efficient, and cleaned up when they were finished.

Very professional, competent, got right to the problem and fixed it promptly and efficiently.

A very nice guy but not very efficient

The first appointment was cancelled. When they did show up, the amount they charged was $350 above the estimate of $98. When I called to discuss the invoice the owner would never take my calls or return my calls. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau about this company.

I highly discourage others from using Whittco. First, Whittco employees missed two appointments, rescheduled a third appointment, and came unprepared to do the work for which they were hired. Second, Mike Whitt, the company's owner, cursed at me profusely in the background while I politely spoke with his assistant. Mr. Whitt would not speak with me directly. Instead, he let his assistant remain on the phone while he cursed at me. Third, I made a special, 250-mile trip for the third appointment to the work site, and Whittco knew this. Employees were just shy of two-hours late and were unprepared. Don't use Whittco; you'll regret it!!

whittco got off to a slow start ' they give me a date to start the project and my wife schedualled to get off work to be home for the date given " whittco called back and changed the date which became an Issue with my wifes employer . Over than that Whittco did a great job in taking care of my electrical installment and finding other issues that I had wrong with my electrical wireing in my house , they fixed all my problems purchased all the hardware needed to make the repairs . they did every thing in only two days . I would highly recommend whittco to service anybodys electrical needs , they did a professional job . Thanks service magic
