In an industry where everything gets commoditized, they're the only contractor I work with who's intellectually property, their knowledge, exceeds normal standards. They know what kind of flooring works best, how to make tricky repairs, and are just experts; and 35 years of experience shows. Most people the equation of value is cost = value; after working with Whittco it's clear function divided by cost = value. The value they're providing through their knowledge and expertise increases the value greatly. They are really flexible in the way they do their work. They've even been able to let us do the work in stages for different apartments and makes it really convenient for us and the tenants. They're just the best flooring people around in my opinion; I highly recommend them.

I needed carpet reparied. They brought & installed the wrong color of carpet. I told the guy to not even bother installing what he brought but he did it anyway. Then he was supposed to come back and fix it and now they won't even answer my calls. I had to stop payment on the credit card charge, and still I have not heard back from them. The work was performed competently, but the customer service was awful and the price was so high that I would expect at least for them to do the job right. Overall I am not satisfyed and would recommend that you, dear reader, choose a different carpet contractor.

This company goes out of its way to make the job as convenient as possible. They even helped me move a piano to make way for the carpeting. Very attentive to doing a quality job. Fussed about details that many others would gloss over. It was a pleasure working with them.

He does cleaning and installed of carpet. Jeff is a detailed driven person, wants to do it right even when no one is watching. They take care of the work. He has great knowledge about his body of work. He is used as an inspector for manufacture in all the islands. He can look at the way the carpet lays, is a defect or something done by the home owner, was it installed incorrectly.
