I went on Angi s list to find someone to take down a few trees in my yard. Wholeheartedly Sllers, LLC or of Benzonia, MI responded and scheduled a visit to my property at 8168 Liberty Lane, Cadillac, MI to look at the project and give me a price. They me and said that they could do the job, that it would be several thousand dollars, I am 78 years old on a fixed income and they said they would keep the cost to a minimum and take care of the problem trees first, they also said that they required a deposit of $1000.00 and the reason for the deposit was to reserve a truck for the job. I gave them the deposit On November 10, 2025. They told me that they would be in touch in a few days. Shortly after the weather changed drastically and I contacted them and said because of the weather and how wet it was maybe we should hold off until spring so my yard would not get all torn up by trucks. They agreed. Late winter my area got hit by a ice storm, I had several trees down, trees snapped in half etc I contacted them by email and told them about the damage and they said they were in Florida, would be returning to Michigan in late April. I the asked for a refund so I could get the damage clean was told the deposit was nonrefundable, that they would be returning late April, that I was the first project on their list when they returned and they would be in touch. That was the last I heard from them. I also must tell you that communication was done through email and when I tried to review communications with them the site will not open.

This pro arrived with proper equipment and an equipment driver. Work was above and beyond satisfactory! Had landscaping done on sandy property, removal of unwanted foliage and invasive shrubs.

Kendra came out ASAP to evaluate the job - which was greatly appreciated since tree location & condition made it very dangerous…possible landing on home. David and Adam were awesome! They were professional& concerned about tree removal safely! Removed seven trees in all. Very hard workers. Had to work in tight spots using a lift- trees were 70 ft tall! Absolutely incredible team at very reasonable price.

Tree service was done. Job was fully completed and done as requested. Fee was resonable. We would use them again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They were fast, efficient and very communicative! I had a tree that had been threatening to take out my neighbors new fence but I could not find a service that would return my calls or offer a quote. Wholeheartedly contacted me quickly with an honest quote and had the job done before I even got home from work. I will most definitely be hiring them again!
