Wholesales Window Coverings

We hired Tim Lou to install shutters for us. We paid him $2800 and never heard back from him. He is a thief. Beware of him and Wholesale window coverings.

BEWARE! Tim Lou is a thief. We placed an order for plantation shutters in May with estimated completion by August. Last week Tim informed us he would be cancelling the order. We placed a 50% deposit and Tim does not have the decency to refund our deposit upon his cancellation of the order. We also havenâ t been able to get in contact with him since he notified us of this cancellation, which is unsettling. Weâ ve wasted 7 months, are out $3700, and have no shutters.

Timmy ishired to remove Plantation shutters & frames in 10 windows and then reinstall them, with modifications after new windows are installed

Tim was very efficient and more affordable than his competitors. He was able to install shutters the same day that I called for service. He showed up on time and completed the job in under 2 hours.

Be a person of your word, do not continue to lie, and do not take the money I paid and use it for your other businesses. I am still waiting for a refund.

Very good to have met Mr. Lu. He is a professional that knows his products. Even though my project was not major, he did a very good job. Only downside is that it was a little pricey considering the materials didn't cost much. I paid his price because I really wanted to get this done and primarily because Tim was so nice and was prepared to do the job right away. I am thoroughly pleased with the results and so is my wife. She can not stop talking about what a difference he made. Excellent Work !!!!

I could not have asked for a better experience! I put my info online, wanting estimates & Tim was the only rep who reached out to me immediately. I was out of town for the holidays & he called me back the following week just as I asked him to. No other companies even got back to me. They even had a special discounted rate for a short time so I got an excellent deal. The customer service was superb from beginning to end!

Tim was efficient, knowledgeable,made virtually no mess, and very reasonably priced. You will be glad you hired him. A plus, he's a really nice guy!

I was very impressed with Tim from the start of my project installing custom blinds to the finish. I would hire him again and refer others to him. He is very professional, friendly, and detail oriented. His prices are extremely reasonable. My only regret is not knowing that I could have ordered the blinds through him (and saved money) as well as doing the installation.
