Wichita Door Repair

I talked with 2 other companies about getting a pre hung front door installed and none of them compared to Wichita door. The quotes were ridiculously high. One of the companies I talked too told me they set aside a whole day for this type of job , but probably take around 6hrs. Needless to say their quote was unbelievable. So I put my name in Angie and got a very quick response from Jacob Dennis of Wichita door. He came out that evening after I got home from work. He gave me a very reasonable quote unlike the 2 other companies. When I ask him how long will it take and when can you do it. He said 3 hrs or so and I can do it day after tomorrow. I could tell by talking with him that he had done this before and knew what he was doing. He got there the morning of and was done in 2hrs. Mess clean up and ready for me to look at. It was perfect. Great job. We will definitely call them again for any other home repairs or projects. Very professional. Thanks Jacob.

Jake Dennis exceeded every expectation we had. What started as a simple project quickly turned into something much more challenging because our door and frame were incredibly unique and required far more work than anyone anticipated. Despite that, Jake never cut corners or rushed the job. He took the time to do everything the right way and stayed until he was completely satisfied with the finished result. His workmanship, professionalism, and dedication were truly impressive. It’s rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and are so grateful for the extra effort he put in. This work was completed over a month ago I paid 1700 for the work. I contacted Jake right away and told him the work was bad and needed to be fixed. A month later nothing. I've been patient and courteous. But come on this is not professional work at all. And then to not fix the mistake. Then he was suppose to take the old doors. And they sit in my driveway for over a week. Then he came and got some of them and left one which still hasn't been removed a month later. So after 1700 dollars spent I'm left with this. I have to hire someone to fix this. No I don't recommend him at all. I will be contacting consumers protection about this matter. Because I feel highly taken advantage of.

Yes, the job was challenging, but He and his crew did a great job.

Yes, Jake did a wonderful job installing my barn door. He was very efficient and it only took about 1 1/2 hours. I will definitely be using him again on other projects.
