They were there at the time they said they would and did what they said they would do. They cleaned up after themselves very well.

They lied about their experience and ability to perform the job. They took two days to do work that should have only take one day at most. They never finished the job and lied about the status of the job. They did not have the tools needed to perform the job so I had to provide all the tools used and they actually took my hammer when they left.. I provided specific instructions on what I needed done but all of my instructions were ignored. I was told the owner would contact me to remedy the issues but no surprise he never attempted to contact me. I wish I would never had hired this firm and would not let them back into my house even if it was on fire!
