They've been here twice so far, and have done a much better, cleaner job than our old company. I'm hoping we can get settled on a day -- one week Friday, the next Saturday (there was not a weather or holiday issue).

I had this lawn service for 10 months. I had to call and complain at least every 6 weeks for poor work. They would miss part of my lawn, miss trimming around sprinkler heads, mow too fast and let too much time pass between mowing letting grass go to seed. Each time I complained I was reassured that these things would not happen again. They did. The last time I complained the owner begged me not to write a bad review on them. I told him if I had any complaints again I would fire them. Then they let the lawn go for 2 weeks. Don't hire this company if you care about your lawn!!!

"As the owner of Wicks Lawn Care, I obviously did ask Brian not to leave a bad review. I tried to work with Brian as best I could for the past year of service. Occasionally did we miss "a" sprinkler head, sure. Did the lawn go to seed after one week, obviously and unless we mowed every 5 days, which is not good for the lawn, there is no way to avoid it. I really am not sure why he didn't want it to go to seed in the first place. He was a very aggressive customer who would regularly insult my workers, who are hispanic by making racist comments. I DROPPED HIM as a customer for ETHICAL REASONS and he is obviously upset about it."

IT is a vacant lot and it looks great. All the rain in south Fl. made it difficult but today it was mowed and it looks good.

They did not show up the day it was originally scheduled, but they came the next day. I just wished they had called.

They even cleaned the leaves out of my carport. The first time they came, it was spur-of-the-moment, so I hadn't left the back gate open. They scaled the fence and did the back yard! Love them!

so far so good came twice lawn nicely done. will see if he comes everytime. last guy would say he came but did not. so the jury is still out over time i will see. so far great!
