Denny performed as a true 10 in building us a spectacular pool house. He patiently walked us through the project and was there with us every step of the way. His skills as an artisan are incredible and when necessary he was able to enlist one of his vast array of "all-star" sub-contractors, who read like a who's who of professional contracting companies in the local area. They all seemed to share the pride we all had in the project and because of the relationship and harmony they had with Denny would often agree to forego other projects to work on our pool house. Although Denny's overwhelming focus was on the pool house itself, he was indispensable in overseeing related pool and landscaping concerns as they arose. To cite just two examples, he interceded with inspectors from the town of Eagle on resolving a code violation on a pool retaining wall before it got out of hand, and he was vital in assisting with a drainage issue that threatened our entire backyard project. Denny's honesty, integrity, and resolve in solving any untimely bump in the road as it arose was remarkable. The project was completed in a timely manner and now we consistently hear compliments of our pool house, and backyard in general. Denny became a true friend for all he did for us and I wholeheartedly endorse him to anyone looking for the best general contractor to complete any project.

I found Denny after reviewing this and other sites. It was probably the best decision I made in my unusual construction requirements. From buying a new house that needed some extensive remodel work before we moved in and the fast sell of my existing house I had about 3 weeks to pull everything off. Denny has a great group of subcontractors that bend over backwards to perform for him. Denny was on top of the schedule and the different trades performed like clockwork to meet the deadline. We even had drywall working a Sunday night to finish up to allow painting to start the next morning. Every one of his subs are as professional as he is and everyone was easy to talk with to ensure the final product was what we expected. If you are looking for a competent master contractor who is great on communication and organization skills as well as dedicated to providing his clients a great result this is the guy to call. I've used him now for two projects and there was no drop off in performance or results. Based on the work he does I will continue to use Denny for any projects I have in the future.

Needed an extra room after second child was born. Denny was reliable, courteous and always kept tools and other job materials picked up. The job was done in the time frame that we expected.

Denny and his crew are marvelous!! They do the job right. He has high quality companies that he works with. Very impressed with the whole process. Side bonus, they gave my dog some attention!

Denny was honest, forthcoming and exceptionally professional. He was the general contractor and master carpenter for my whole-house remodel. The entire project lasted four months and there was not a day that work was not being done (excluding weekends!)...except one...first day of hunting season; and he told me that he and his crew would not be on-site that day! One thing that amazes me about Denny are his organizational skills, he ran this job like a well-oiled machine; the subs were scheduled one right after the other with no down-time in-between. I've heard horror stories where contractors start a job and then you don't see them for days.... not so on this job. Denny was easy to talk to while discussing ideas and so easy to work with; his carpentry skills were amazing and first-rate; his subs were all courteous, skilled, and professional. I only have good things to say about Denny, and my remodeling experience with him was the best. You will not be sorry when you hire him! I would definitely hire him again.

I would suggest if anybody is interested they call Wickstrom Construction and give them a chance to do your job.

Denny and his crew are professional and very easy to work with. I trusted them and enjoyed working with them. I would definitely hire them again for other jobs that might come up. They really know their stuff and went above and beyond the call of duty! Highly recommend them!
