I was quoted 150.00 but charged 200.00. 200.00 is what others had quoted to me so not unreasonable but still not what I was quoted.

Wide Horizons called me soon after I requested heat pump repair service. He made an appoint for the repair and arrived spot on. He immediately saw what each heat pump needed. He returned with needed parts the next appointment. Both heat pumps were fixed within a week. They now run better than they ever ran .

Arrived at my business on the day I called. He found the AC problem and returned the next day with the part to complete the repair. He confirmed that the AC system was workimg properly.

Joseph approached the problem in a very orderly way that led him to a solution that worked. Our heat pumps had a leak of refrigerant and we had another company tell us that they might spend all day looking for the problem and not find a solution. Joseph clearly knows what he is doing and gets it done quickly and efficiently. We highly recommend him and will use Wide Horizons for all of our heat pump issues from now on.

Joseph cleaned our 4 year old heat pump. He responded to our request within hours and was available the next business day. He was knowledgable, efficient and respectful.. No repairs were needed this time, but if something goes wrong, we will definitely call Joseph again.

Originally had Wide Horizons service my Heat pumps in 2021. Service was good and the issue was fixed. Called Joseph to schedule another service for July 8 2023 over the phone. Called him 15mins after appointment time - No answer. Send him a text - no answer. Called him again and left a message - no call back. To date still no correspondence. A shame because I thought the work was good and he was a stand up guy. Guess people change...

Joseph responded to our call within minutes and arrived within 2 hours. Our AC unit needed to be replaced. The unit was ordered, expedited, and arrived on time. Joseph arrived on time and installed unit in record time! He was polite, knowledgeable, and the area was clean and ready to cool our house in 2 hours. I would highly recommend Joseph for all HVAC projects.

Joe responded in less than 24 hours and performed the service that day. He even drove 45 minutes away to get the part I needed then returned to make sure the job was complete. All this on the hottest day of the summer so far. I was very impressed with his professionalism and very thankful to have my A/C working again.
