Widrick services was punctual and efficient in wrapping up our job. We were refinishing our stair to the second level and needed it completed in a short span of time. They came through and we have been getting rave reviews from all our friends and family about how great they look!

Caleb didn't do a good job on my floors plus he got poly or something else on my granite counter top and ceramic floors. I did have him come back to fix the hard wood floors but they are still rough in spots and globby.

"We apologize for any issues that may have been caused by the finish chosen, we were not aware of any polyurethane messes. The finish chosen was a thicker oil base, which is not what we recommended but was chosen. Oil based poly is a thicker poly but it is also softer. Water based poly, an acrylic product, is a thinner, but harder coating and would of been the finish you desired. Oil poly can be more susceptible to dents, while water based poly can be more susceptible to surface scratching. If you have any questions feel free to contact us via email or phone.
