He was detailed in his explanation of what would be done, there was NO hidden cost and doors were installed next day. We will definitely use him again & refer friends!

Very well pleased with service. Came out in about 30 minutes after I called. Gave me a quote after talking about the situation. Went and got parts and was back in an hour and started the work. Went the extra mile and did more stuff than he quoted, no extra charge. Stayed with me and went over software and made sure that I new how to work everything. Very impressed with work and that he got it done in one day on New Year's eve. Also he left the job cleaner than when he got here.

My garage door was replaced on the day as scheduled. For the price I was quoted. It turned out great and all trash was cleaned up and hauled away.I would definitely recommend Wilco.

Called William yesterday and he seemed like a straight shooting, honest person so decided to go with his company. He came out today at 8am, surveyed the damage and said he could fix it in a few hours after getting some new springs. He came back, installed the springs and found another problem with the trolley - it was stripped out by the fall of the door when the spring broke. He called and within about 90 minutes, had picked up a new trolley and installed it. Very professional and friendly. This is my new garage door guy. It is a small business (he's the guy) so let's help him to grow.

Mr. Will provided excellent customer service to include a full understanding of why and how my unit was functioning in its state. He educated me on how to maintain at a reasonable price for a last minute scheduling.

My garage door would not open. Called William, when he got to the house he realized the panel in the garage opener was bad and sparking. William gave me options and we made a decision together. The work was completed which left me very happy. My garage door has been in the house since 2002. Had I ignored this situation our house could have gone up in flames. So happy with the work. Always good to have those old garage door openers checked. Never know what’s hiding in there.
