I’m updating my review: an additional six years later (11 years total) and still using Wilcox Brothers! In addition to the always professional and efficient technicians, Michelle was the real standout today! She was quickly able to work out a scheduling issue, on my end, so we were able to have our system winterized as scheduled. I really appreciate Wilcox Bros., because in addition to a quality system and solid service, Wilcox Bros. appreciates their customers. This is what makes the difference between solid service and excellent service, and why we continue to say, “highly recommend.” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wilcox Bros. installed our sprinkler system five years ago and we have hired them to maintain the system annually ever since. Excellent customer service. Very friendly and communicate well with customers about appointments and arrival times. Never hesitate to immediately change out ahead if there is a problem, carry a number of parts on the truck, and (importantly for interested customers) always explain the system and exactly what they’re doing every step of the way. I had a system start up appointment scheduled today. Yesterday, I called to see if they could also change one area to a soaker hose style head. Today, Tom and his assistant arrived on time and with the parts on the truck. Also, needed to replace a valve. No problem; those parts were on the truck, too. Because they are knowledgeable and well prepared, all the work, including cleanup, was done quickly and professionally. Tom and his assistant were friendly and courteous, to me and to each other. Tom explained things thoroughly and was careful that sprinkler heads and watering schedules were appropriate for specific coverage areas, the topography, and the types of plantings. Great value for the price. I highly recommend Wilcox Bros.

Wilcox Brothers came out when scheduled to install our lawn sprinklers system and gave us excellent expert service.

They came when they said they would. They did what they said they would, unlike other companies who did'n't even answer the phone.

FANTASTIC company. I contacted Wilcox Brothers as I was at a loss as another company completely failed to fix a sprinkler problem I was having. I called and spoke with Dave, the owner, who promptly sent out a crew who was able to quickly diagnose the problem I had and fixed it. The crew, Dominic and partner, had to spend time undoing the previous companies damage and were able to fix my system and made improvements so that it is working better than when it was new. I HIGHLY recommend Wilcox Brothers for any sprinkler issues you may have. Complete professionals and great to work with.

They installed a new sprinkler system and it’s working great. They came back after the sod was laid and moved a few heads and checked that everything was working well.

The entire team did an excellent job adding new zones and re-doing other zones in our sprinkler system. They accommodated our scheduling issues and got right out and completed a very big project in only 4 hours with a great, large team. I would highly recommend them for large projects. I did have one issue not directly related to the project. I had found one bad existing sprinkler head and a main line leak prior to getting their estimate and them coming out and asked them to fix them. They did not and said they would have their repair team to that. After 2 days their office lady called and said they couldn't fix the bad leaks at the earliest until the end of June and it would cost almost 2/3rds as much as the original huge project. Obviously we shouldn't have to be shut down for 5 weeks and then have to pay $110/hr per person to fix a simple sprinkler leak and the more difficult main line leak.
