Hired for some tree removal and underrest clearing . The bottom line is they completed only part of the job. Crew basically had an attitude. And generally unprofessional. Today we come back out and make it right but I am not sure they tried real hard to do that other than the the young woman that Answered the phone or responded to the text., She is the only one that carried any professionalism at all. But lesson learned, it wouldn't hire again. For anything and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Stay away from this company! I was hired on as a sales representative and quit due to him not only lying to me, but trying to get me to lie to customers. He still has not paid me for my time and refuses to. I can't get with a company who screws over not only their employees but customers. If your elderly, you are his favorite target/victim.

Made appointment to have pruning done on oak tree and the appointment was not done calledto find out when they stated next day called again and was told they call beach with appointment, try call again no answer left msg about me not wanting a trim ,wanted pruning still no answer try to call to cancel service a n d look for some one else

Did not complete the job. Hiring another company to finish the job. Hired Wild Oak to cut back some bushes and remove some trash trees around my house and fence. I wanted to replace the fence and needed a cleanup before starting that project. I asked for bids from 5 companies and Wild Oak seemed the best company for the job. My mistake. They removed the trees from around the house and fence but left stumps. I was told they could not remove the stumps with the old fence in the way. They said to contact them when the fence was being replaced and they would grind the stumps at that time. The following week, I emailed Wild Oak the fence was down. They did not show up and I have not heard from them. I hate it when people take your money and do not do what they say they will do.

Quick, quality service

The owner was knowledgeable and helpful. The crew was running behind and couldn't finish the job due where someone parked a car. They came out the next morning and finished at no extra charge. Edmundo the crew leader was great to work with. Would use Wild Oak again.

Best price on our tree service, the team arrived on time, and was respectful to both our house and the trees. They cut down 9 trees and cleaned up several others!

The team arrived on time, quickly completed the job, cleaned up the branches, leaving my yard neat. The cost was very reasonable. I will have them back next year to trim my trees.
