Dennis was great. I own a vacation rental and went up to make sure everything was fine for some upcoming renters for Thanksgiving weekend. Our electric went out and Dennis came out on a Sunday and troubleshot the problem. Due to time constraints, he had to come back on Wednesday to fix the actual problem. He fixed it relatively fast and cleaned up prior to the renters arriving. Dennis was very professional and saved Thanksgiving for our renters.

Dennis was the most helpful contractor we have ever used. He installed a large ceiling fan 30 foot up in our living room, a daunting task! Plus he installed another ceiling fan in our bedroom. But more importantly when we had questions that could not be answered at Home Depot, he showed up and helped us out! Good, honest and hardworking contractor. We had an old Key Largo fan which had a lot of sentimental value. It broke and Dennis was able to secure the needed part and get it back running like new. He impressed us with his knowledge and his ability to get our fan working in spite of the fact that they are not longer being made. We highly recommend Dennis and will definitely use him again for any electrical work we might need.

Outlet had sparked and smelled like it had burned. When I contact them they came within 30 minute. The plug had fried. They checked the whole circuit from the service panel the then last outlet/fixture on that circuit to track down the cause. Then they explained what was most likely the cause and how to avoid a repeat.

Dennis gave me a very good price on the project. He allowed me to work with him on the project and to buy the materials myself in order to reduce the cost. The project turned out to be more complicated and extensive than expected. Nevertheless he stuck to his original bid price. And he came back the next day and fixed an unexpected problem.
