BEWARE...Chad Wilder, the owner of Wilder Heating and Cooling, was hired by a general contractor to do all the mechanicals at my new home. After being paid in full to date, he never returned to my job site and did not provide the mechanical components, registration, and warranty paperwork paid for in advance. I hired an honest and competent mechanical company to finish the mechanicals in my home and fix all the problems left behind by Wilder Heating and Cooling. Heating and cooling are the comforts of your home. I highly recommend using an honest and competent heating and cooling contractor. In talking with others in the building trades, and from my experience, Wilder Heating and Cooling is not honest and lacks communication and expertise.

He also followed up after the install in a timely fashion. The installers were very good and professional. A very good company to do business with.
