I called every bug place in Connecticut on a Saturday night with an urgent need and Mr. Humphrey was the only one who would come. He said, Maam, I'll be there in an hour. He was there in less than an hour and he went above and beyond the call of duty. I was so grateful. His fee was more than fair. Next time I need an exterminator, I will only be making one phone call.

Had a resident raccoon and the kind gentleman came out and looked up in the alcove attic of my garage and breezeway and under my deck but the animal had gotten out. No fee and he assured me he'd be back if I needed him. I called later in the evening and he was at my home by 9am the next morning. I will definitely use him again.

Was very prompt to set traps to address my mole problem. Two moles were caught. He said he would return to set some more traps but I have not seen any new traps set. He said to call him if I see any more damage. I would have liked to have had a little more feedback from Doug.

Mr. Humphrey was extremely prompt and responsive to my situation. I had a family of skunks holed up under my porch/deck. He responded to my initial call almost immediately and was at my house that same day (on a weekend) to set the first traps. He took time to answer any questions we had and returned my texts usually within minutes. In less than a week, he trapped the entire family of 4 skunks and confirmed no further activity. His price was reasonable and he was flexible in his payment arrangements. I would recommend Wildlife Strategies for any small animal removal.

I had a problem with a squirrel in my home. I contacted numerous agency's who were either closed or did not respond with a return phone call. When I came upon HomeAdvisor and input my request for squirrel removal, Doug was prompt in responding the my situation. When he arrived he resolved the problem within a matter of less than 5 minutes. My experience with Doug has been excellent. Very friendly, courteous and really trying to solve my problem. Anytime I called, he returned my calls promptly. Has been here everyday checking traps for 5 days. It is the skunk that does not want to cooperate.
