I⠠ve been living at my house for years, and one day I saw a rat 3 feet away from me on my patio, I googled pest control, the first company I spoke to said to me rats live outside and unless you hear something in your house we are not sending anybody over! Being a frantic New Yorker seeing a rat that was not what I wanted to hear. I then called rat busters, they gave me a run around and never even showed up the next day. Again I had to go on Google and get somebody and I got Jose I loved him the minute I spoke to him on the phone courteous prompt calmed me down told me not to worry ! he came out to my house he did a thorough inspection he found the vents on my roof were not covered he went into my attic he checked everything with a fine tooth comb! I must⠠ve drove Jose crazy I would not go on my patio for a month and he reassured me don⠠t worry we will fix the problem! After a month went by and all the traps were in its place and everything was sealed up in my house on the outside , I WAS RAT FREE!!! I definitely would recommend Jose to do the job !!!!! I contacted 2 companies, and Advance Trapper gave me a price that is half of the other company. He went thru whole house, went to the roof to check, very thoroughly with his work. He also very knowledge about his work. The only thing is, he may forgot about appointment. If you text or call, he will rely in 1 day.

I have waited several months to write this review hoping our job would be completed. Its no. I even explained that the last guy disappeared on us and was assured he would not do the same. We had an animal in the wall. Contacted Advance Trappers. Jose immediately called and emailed. He came out for an inspection. He set up traps(even tho I told him I could hear where animal was). I ended up having to wait a week and we had to talk him into cutting a hole in the wall to get the animal out. He finally did and got out the rat. He was supposed to come back to "disinfect". He's never cone back. We spent lots of money and I do NOT think this was worth it. Lots of wasted time.
