This company IS NOT dependable, they are not a professional company, but they are Professional Liars. Please DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! If for whatever reason you decide to give them a chance to work for you, for God's sake don't give them a dime until the JOB is COMPLETE!!!! They asked for 50% to start and the balance half way through the job. I only got to the first 50% because after I gave them the payment they came up with every excuse in the book. Finally they did start the job and never came back to finish. They made every excuse for why they couldn't come... A job that was suppose to be completed in two weeks has taken almost a month as they told one lie after another. The payment was a substantial $2100.

They removed 1 squirrel from the attic using the one way trap and I taken pictures of the squirrel coming out the attic. The squirrel was unable the get back into the attic. It works great.

We had what appeared to be a poisonous snake in our backyard. We called Wildlife X Team and they arrived within the hour. They located the snake and removed it. They also did a thorough search for any others that might also be living around our property as well as an evaluation of our attic for food sources. Later that evening I received a call from Joey letting me know that after further examination, he discovered that the snake was a non-poisonous variety that is often mistaken for the poisonous version. Because the snake was non-poisonous, the charge for removing it was much less than the charge for removing a poisonous one, so he said that he would refund the extra amount that we had been charged. The very next morning he dropped off a check for the difference. Honesty like that is refreshing and appreciated! They were quick to arrive in what appeared to be a dangerous situation, professional, thorough and honest. I definitely recommend them for any of their services that you may need!

Wildlife X Team is the best! They came to my house the same day I called and got me set up to safely remove the squirrels from my attic and also keep me at ease. They took my frantic phone calls while they were on their way and talked me off of a ledge when I thought the squirrels were going to come out of the attic door and into my house. They have called me back to make sure I was happy with what was going on and that the squirrels were making their way out of my attic. I can't recommend them enough, they're were so pleasant to work with. Thanks, guys!

They promptly returned my call and came to performed the removal the same day. They also treated my backyard with disinfectant to kill any bacteria the opossum may have left. Will definitely use them again (but hope I donâ t have any future rodent issues : P)

They came & gave me a second opinion on an estimate for mice. The owner came personally to check our home & found no traces of any mice at all! Thank God for good honest people! Best service & on top of contacting for appts. Mrs. Dana was a delight to work with! Mr. Joey was very kind & helpful with all my questions!

Failed to show up and didn t call 4 times. Failed to show up after that 3 times, but called with a ridiculous excuse each of those times. Once they had our money, they were very scarce. We asked them to cease work and refund 1/3 of our money. This generous on our part as they haven t done 1/3 of the work. No response. Entire experience has been frustrating. When we fired them, there was no apology or attempt to make it right.

I do have proof of this. I also refunded the work that was not completed that same day an mailed the checkout. I also explained that we did want to fix it an could fix it but we got no response from you nor your husband. The last I spoke with you you asked me not to call you any more to deal with your husband which I have been doing upon your request. I am very sorry this is how all this worked out."

Wildlife X Team will be my go to wildlife removal company. They are VERY professional. When they say they can help THEY CAN HELP! I had almost 300 bats in my attic and they got them ALL removed for me and the price was reasonable. Whenever they removed the bats from my attic they also cleaned up the mess from them and removed my old nasty insulation and placed new fresh insulation in for me. They were very knowledgeable, they were on time, they got the job done! I couldnt ask for more. I DEFINITELY would recommend them to anyone. They did a GREAT job. I couldn't be more happy with the results.

At this time the work order is not complet and the quality of the work is very poor. I have paid them in full and they are schedule to return next Monday the 20th of July. We will re-evaluate after that time.
