They removed a raccoon family from my attic. Took a bit of time but were patient, explained stuff, and didn?t charge extra for cleanup. Nice people.

Not gonna lie, I was skeptical at first. But they found all the holes the squirrels were using and fixed them. House feels safe now.

Rats got into my garage and attic. Wildlife X Team came out, removed the critters, cleaned everything, replaced insulation, and repaired the damage. Really professional and thorough.

My experience with Wildlife X Team of Dallas was excellent. They arrived exactly on time and took care of the bird in my chimney immediately. They were very respectful of my property and cleaned up the ashes, etc from the chimney when they removed a bird's nest and made sure the bird who was caught in the chimney was released unharmed. They fixed my chimney so the birds can't get in there any more. I would hire them again in a second!

It seemed each encounter was an attempt to sell some more service. In the end, when animal was caught, there services did not help a lot. I would try someone else first.

Just average quality of work. ALWAYS late to arrive 1-3 hours late even when they "promised". Did not clean up after work each day. Exterior paint sprayed over peeling and other debris (ie spider webs, wasp nest). Purchased best quality paint but will have to re-do next spring. Not good communication or follow-thru

Professional.

Professional and easy to work with. They were able to do my repair the same day when everyone else was 2 weeks out. Also they didn’t have a minimum price like the other 2. It was a small project hence the price was high. They had to make it worth their while, I guess.

We needed insulation blown in over an addition to our home. They not only took care of the new addition, but they also filled in some spots where insulation was lost in our existing structure during the renovation. They took great care to make sure they avoided an small area we use in the attic for storage and did a great job of cleaning up before they left. I would highly recommend them!

The clean-up was bad. The communication was poor. They would not take my calls. A one day job ended up taking about four weeks. Responses were very slow and sluggish.
