It was awesome! He (Tristan) triple checked the measurements to be sure he ordered the right size material. He came by after the project started almost every day to check that things were moving, to be sure everything was being done right, answer any questions we had, and provide any information if there was any. He made recommendations and wasn't pushy or offended if we declined one style or another. He explained the "why's" of what was going on throughout the whole process. His proposal was thorough and precise. We would definitely hire Wiley & Sons again.
