Wilfer was very good. I had work that needed to be done in the bathroom. He came and completed it in one day. I noticed that he had forgotten something and called him back. He responded immediately

When I first spoke to Wilfer I asked his price and told him it was a washer leaking valve. He said he does plumbing and he estimated less than 30 minutes. When he came he brought another worker (OK) worked 1 hour and a half and charged me $700. I argued that is not what we agreed. I called another handyman and a plumber who said I got ripped off and the amount should have been between $95-$300. I asked Wilfer for a refund and he said NO. He said he earned it. He did NOT. He changed the amount after we began and I got ripped off. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN.
