I called Mr. Wilkens on a Saturday and he came soon after I called him. He told me that I needed to replace the outside unit, and he installed it that day. He had days before replaced my inside unit and tried to get me to replace both units, but I said no. Mr. Wilkens is a professional and a very nice young man. He is the best AC man that has ever provided services to me, and from now own he will be the ONLY person to sevice my unit.
