I was charged $185 for an inspection fee that was not clarified before service. I was put on the spot about the fee while they were in my home. They replaced a light switch for basically $185. I would recommend informing customer of the $185 inspection fee first instead of advertising free inspection!

"Thank you for your feedback. The $185 charge covered both the diagnostic service and the replacement of the light switch. When the appointment was scheduled, the reported issue was that the light was not working and might have been related to a leaking roof. Our technician investigated the concern, identified the switch as the cause, and replaced it during the visit. We?re sorry if the scope of the service was not clearly understood, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify what was included in the charge."

Electrician Matt arrived on time, listened carefully to my concerns, provided a clear estimate, and was professional throughout the entire visit. He quickly diagnosed the issue and completed the work as efficiently as possible. I was very pleased with the excellent service and would highly recommend Wil-Surge.

Replaced my main breaker and arial for my electrical service upgraded me from 100amp to 200. They were done In 8 hours. When another estimator talked about 2days. The local electrical inspector complemented their work and asked who they were.

EV Charging Station Installation
We were given an estimate by Jason & he was very professional & he gave us two options for the work that needed to be done. We chose this company over the two others we received as the work would bring all of our electrical up to code. We were given a start date & estimate of how long it would take and they were spot on. The work was completed on time & it looks great. One the things we liked was that the person doing the estimate (Jason) was also the one doing the work. They handled everything - permits & contacting the city inspector. The city inspector reviewing g the work just kept saying "wow." We did purchase an extra package which included a followup inspection of our furnace & A/C units. Jason & Jayden were respectful of our time & propert & we highly recommend them!
