They had great communication with us from start to finish, reasonably priced and completed the work as scheduled. The workmanship far exceeded our expectations and we couldnâ t be happier with the results.

I had a great experience with Bill and his crew at Willamette Hardwood Floors! I called with a very narrow window of time--I had just bought a house and had only a month until my move. The floor finish dated to 1958 and was in very worn, beat-up condition. Bill exercised ingenuity to fit me into the schedule. Bill talked me out of gloss or satin finish and out of using the red tint the original finishers used. I'm grateful for his professional eye, because those floors look stunning, and perfect for this mid-century house. The job, about 700 sf of flooring, was completed in just three days. When I came back and saw it, I was blown away by how beautiful it looked--the old tinted finish hid the beauty of the wood, a red/white oak mix. Terry and Joe who did the work on site were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. They went through the house with me, identified issues and areas needing repair and asked how I'd like them dealt with. I appreciated that they didn't make any assumptions. I have to give extra points for how careful they were in here and how clean the place was when I came back. A stranger walking in would never have known they were here. The floors have received a lot of compliments. I highly recommend this company and the people who work there.

We are extremely pleased with the work that Terry and Joe from Willamette Hardwood Floors did for us. Our hardwood floors were in horrible shape and we were not at all sure that they could be improved very much. But in the end we were VERY impressed with the work that was done and how professional and hard working Terry and Joe were. Everything turned out so far above our expectations that we were truly amazed. Their workmanshiip, knowledge, and standards were very high.
