Was very helpful with all the questions we had. Only took a day to get a part, and then came right back to make the repair.

The service person troubleshot the dishwasher and made an incorrect diagnosis. With minimum troubleshooting he decided that the problem was in the main control board. He ordered a new board with a cost of $182.00, Service call of $99 and labor of $78/ Total of $359, He left with out making sure the problem was corrected. Upon contact with the company they refused to reimburse the cost of the wrong parts. The dishwasher still does not work and to fix it will cost me another labor charge and if they find a different problem I will be required to pay for that.

They did fix the problem that a previous repairman didn't. However, they damaged our cabinets while working on the oven and the oven was installed crooked. A call to their service department was answered but no service manager called me back as promised. This was reported 4 or 5 days ago.

Came on time and made the repair

Our big Kenmore freezer in the garage quit running and was leaking water all over the floor. It was fully packed with food so a real emergency with the temperature inside rising fast. Sears couldn't come for two weeks! When I contacted this company through Home Advisor, Mark came out within hours and with his excellent expertise quickly found the problem was the generator had shut down due to a power surge in our neighborhood. He quickly had it running again and save us the loss of a lot of food. I would highly recommend this company and Mark who stepped in to help us when we weren't even customers of theirs. But you can be sure we know who to call next time we have an appliance problem!

On time, corrected the problem, worth every penny!

The repairman was personal, professional and friendly. He took the time to explain the problem and what he was going to do to make the repair. He followed up and communicated with me to let me when the status of the unit he ordered.

My GE washing machine had stopped working and the knob on the front had come loose. Willamette Valley advised me that the most likely and cost effective repair was to replace the knob. They ordered the part and had it available the next day. They even demonstrated how to install it when I picked it up. Cost me $13. Washer is working great again.

They were quick and from the time I had contact to the time they were out and resolved my problem was less than a week. They did a good job.
