Bruce really listened to how I answered his questions and designed a natural-gas fueled steam boiler system that met all the requirements with the expansion potential I requested. During pre-installation logistics and the day of installation, Bruce and his crew were on-time, courteous and professional. Their work demonstrated the benefits of hiring a fully credentialed company, skilled and experienced at their craft. They completed their work in one very long day so that I could avoid a night without heat during a stretch of very cold January days. I trust Williams & Assoc. and would hire them for additional work in my home as needed

Williams & Associates installed a Buderus oil-fired boiler and stainless-steel chimney liner. Bruce's design was a significant upgrade over my 35-year-old boiler system. He clearly explained the process and installation, and he was receptive to my questions. Bruce is knowledgeable, straightforward, and responsive. The price was very fair, considering the quality of the work and other estimates I had gotten. I would not hesitate to recommend Williams & Associates.

I highered Bruce and his team, we're very happy with the service. They installed a couple new baseboard heaters to our existing unit to add more heat to a few rooms that's were cooler than we liked. We're very happy and much warmer. Bruce and his team were responsive and open to everything they were doing. Fast and efficient highly recommended!

My old furnace had cracked, and was in desperate need of replacing. I contacted (Bruce) Williams via e-mail, and he replied within hours of my e-mail. He came over to access the situation, discussed a couple options, and said he would send two estimates by that evening. I received the estimates that afternoon, and was very pleased with the quotes. They arrived Monday morning, and by Monday evening I had a brand new Veissmann furnace, installed, up, and running. Bruce and Bill were very pleasant, and meticulous craftsmen. I would without reservation recommend them to anyone needing their services.
