Ductless A/C Service
This man has absolutely terrible communication skills. He looked at my unit, found the problem. And told me he would get the parts. After no communication for 3 weeks, I texted for an update. No reply, waited another week and texted again, no reply. I waited another week and told him to fix my unit or refund my 90.00 service call. Finally I get an answer that the parts just came in. Do not do business with them, it?s like he?s doing you a favor. Very disrespectful!

He was punctual, knowledgable & did a very good installation. The gree he installed seems be a very nice unit so far. Nu vision warranties the system for larbor 2 years. Gree warranty is for 5 years on parts.
