I had roof damage from a tree hitting the house during the Halloween wind and rain storm. Put a temp patch on the roof to get through winter. Life happened and it was June when I realized I still needed to get the roof replaced for the house and shed. I used Home Advisor and I requested a quote from the 4 companies that HA chose. Bill called me, told me how he works, also came out to Hollis, left shingle samples, and emailed me the quote, his company was also the only one who wanted to see the insurance claim to judge what work was needed. 1 company never responded, 1 emailed a quote about 1500 higher than Bill, then one company sent the sleaziest sales person ever and he also mansplained roof repair and put down the competition. So, I chose Bill's company because of the great customer service, and he gave me the best quote. We set up a start date and he called me the day before to make me aware of the dumpster and supplies drop off. He also told me it would be a 2 to 2 and a half day job. Eric's crew came out and did the job exactly in 2 and a half days. Eric called me and texted me pictures about needing to replace 2 out of the 3 skylights. I knew this needed to be done since there were leak stains in the kitchen. He texted me pictures of the skylight install and roof progress. His crew cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful of the property. This was important to me since I'm closing out the estate and will be selling the house. P.S. My buyers are very happy with how the roofs came out. I bought a house and told Bill that I will definitely reach out and give him my business again once I'm ready to start the roof project.

The owner of the company was very nice and answered all my questions. The person in charge of installing the window new what he was doing and his workers cleaned everything up. No mess was left. Great Company.

He gave us an estimate on the spot, followed up with a proposal from Bill, the owner, received the next day. All work was done expertly and quickly. Cleanup was very thorough. William Arsenault Contracting did an outstanding job repairing my roof and replacing six leaking skylights. My old skylights did not have blinds and could only be opened manually with a long pole. The new Velux skylights are solar powered, have built-in blinds and I can open and close everything using my phone!! The blinds have also dropped the temperature of my house by nearly 15 degrees. Just in time for the hottest part of the summer. Eric did an excellent job scoping out everything that was required; and the crew was fast, efficient, and courteous. If you need roof or skylight work you can not go wrong with William Arsenault Contracting.

They were wonderful to deal with. The work was better than expected with clean up done daily. They came when they said they would and completed the job when they said they would. I would hire them again.

My initial meeting went smoothly. I needed to have 2 vented sunlights replaced quickly and Arsenault was able to accommodate my schedule. I signed a contract that stated "interior framing is considered extra" I agreed to the terms and signed the contract. When the work was done, I was disappointed to see no trim was installed along the edges of the skylights. When I inquired about the lack of trim, I was referred to the contract and told it would be about $500 to have it done. My position is that it should have been made clearer that interior framing and trim installations are one and the same in the eyes of the contractor. This never came up when I met the contractor in person to receive the estimate. Window replacement estimates I have received in the past have always included trim installation, so Arsenault does not follow industry standards in this regard. The bottom line is I feel the price went from being competitive to be higher than average with the trim installation omitted, so overall not a great deal for the money.

I was amazed at how quickly (within a few hours) they responded and completed the job (within a few days). Very professional and consumer conscious. Polite, well explained, clean job site, fast service. One never has a job done twice, so I am not sure of the value, but the cost seemed reasonable. Eric was great.

William answered my quote request within a few hours of my sending it, and was contacted by Eric, his project manager, shortly after that. We made arrangements to meet later that day for an estimate, and Eric was right on time to meet me at home. He explained the entire scope of the job, gave me a price, and told me I would get a proposal emailed to me within a day. I was surprised when Eric called me later that night to say that he may have an opening the following day (a Saturday no less) and if it would be ok to start the job then, weather permitting. I agreed. He called me the following day to say that because of the weather, he would have to reschedule, which was fine. He came out on Monday afternoon and did the entire job in just a few hours. He and his crew did an amazing job, despite the cold, wet weather. My roof looks brand new. He even cleaned some of the siding on my house that needed it. They cleaned up all of the debris, and left the place looking spotless. Could not be happier with the results, and I do not hesitate to recommend William, Eric, and his crew, to anyone looking for their services. This is EXACTLY how this process should go.

Eric was very professional and explained everything he was going to be doing. They replaced three skylights did a great job and cleaned up everything after nicely. William was very pleasant to talk to on the phone. I would highly recommend them.

William and his team have been fantastic. They were patient with me going back and forth answering my many questions, as I am a first time home owner, and they worked with me to decide on the best solution for my needs and within my budget. Communication was excellent, the workers were friendly and professional and work was well done. I truly felt they were trustworthy and their quote was very reasonable, at no point did I ever feel like I was just a sale, they really care about their customers and were very respectful and sensitive of my individual needs. Eric and his team were a pleasure to work with. I will be doing more business with them in the future!
