Project was projected to be 2-3 weeks in length. Actual time was 11 weeks. Workers were always polite, but almost never showed up when scheduled, and often showed up at unscheduled times. Electrical was estimated (allowance) at $1200 and ended up being $2750. Definitely had feeling that we were accommodated only when there was time between higher priority clients. Contractor was unfamiliar with building code, which incurred delays and unanticipated permit costs. I agreed to allow workers to use my chop saw, which they eventually took with them to other worksites, thinking it belonged to the contractor. Once they realized their mistake, it took them several weeks to return it. I would have rated the value for money higher, but considering the amount of planning and wasted time associated with workers failing to meet the schedule and the general lack of awareness among the construction team, three stars is probably generous.

Bill was wonderful to work with. I told him I needed it done within a 2 week period and he had his crew out and did it all in that time period. He was here to check that everything was being done the way he and I wanted it. We were very happy and will definitely use him again.

The work was awesome and we have not had any water problems since. I would recommend him to anyone.
