Rabbits removal was very good

William was extremely customer centered. When I first called it was after hours and he had just gotten home.when I called I was requesting service to remove trapped squirrels that had not been picked up in a timely manner. As soon as he heard that he said this can not wait until tomorrow as it is too cruel. I will be over tonight as soon as I put on my work clothes and take care of the situation immediately. I will discuss the options and terms for setting up service with me in full when I come, but this situation has to be resolved now, whether you do business with me in the future or choose not too is up too you. But I am coming over to take care of this issue right now. He has been so knowledgeable and efficient with the wild life. He understands wild life and the issues and deals humanely and compassionately for both the wildlife and the humans. I would definitely recommend his trapping service.

This morning I woke up to a huge rat that jumped out from our kitchen cabinets and scurried along our base board. At that point I was beyond stressed and given that it was the weekend I was worried that I would have to wait till the weekday to solve the issue. William then came over from Xpert Rodent Solutions within hours and did a three part service 1) looking for signs of rodents such as droppings, 2) finding and fixing holes that they could get into, and 3) most importantly catching the rat within hours! We did some research into other pest control folks in the area and it seems that they only work during the weekday and also offer recurring services. Super happy with William and the education that he provided us. I've got his cell number saved on speed dial now.

They did a really good job, very attentive, very good guy. I got what I paid for. They took care of the problem, and came back and checked everything still was ok.
