I had a leak in my light well of my house in the city. I spent hours trying to find it myself. The first crew sealed up the light well but it still leaked. Bill, the owner, came out personally with his son and spent another three hours trying to find the leak whick happen to be behind a pipe against the wall which was very hard to find. They removed the pipe and fixed it. They also showed me other problems with the roof which they corrected for me.
