William Grijalva General Contracting, Inc.

We were so lucky to have found Grihavala Construction Inc. to replace our fascia boards. He is an honest, extremely knowledgeable, and professional man. He knew we were not on site, so he sent pictures; how incredible it was to be able to look at the pictures while he communicated over the phone everything that needed to be done. He also took pictures of the completed project. He was able to perfectly match the new fascia with the intricate details of the old fascia. His attention to detail is remarkable; you can see by his work that he is truly gifted at his craft. Bill did the work quickly and efficiently. His office manager and wife, Melanie, is incredible; she too was so kind, and kept me up to date throughout the whole project. She sent out a timely, thorough, and legible estimate, invoice, and receipt all by email. The best part was that they accept credit card. However, even better than thatMelanie let me know that the project came in under budget, so she subtracted the difference on invoice. There are very few contractors out there who are as honorable and ethical as Bill. This company is amazing and I am grateful and so glad that I found an amazing contractor, not just for this project, but for all of my projects. Thank you for running such an honorable, reliable, and just plain incredible business Bill and Melanie.

I found Bill on Home Advisor. He was able to give me a quote (which was lower than Home Depot) for a Front Door installation and finish the job on the same day as receiving my call. I got a little lucky in that regard. He is supper friendly and works quite efficiently. I will definitely use him again for other projects.

There are many contractors out there that promise you the world but don't really deliver. Bill did. His work was so clean and beautiful. He is absolutely methodical, doesn't leave a leaf unturned and you know just by watching his work that he is doing it right the first time. We had two doors replaced, front door and fire door. Both came out fabulously. I would not hesitate to hire him again and will be doing so for all the work we want done on our house. I highly recommend him. His wife Melanie is also so wonderful to work with. Both are absolute professionals.

Prompt, professional, nice personality.

Bill, you were supposed to come over last week and take the glue off the windows. You said it was a quick project. If you tell me what to do, i will do it. I just dont want to ruin anything. Can you please do so. Thanks. Brett Krell

Selection of materials could be better.

Very good service, went out of his way to accommodate his services would highly recommend him and use him for future jobs.

He's done 2 major projects for us, he put a floor across a cathedral ceiling making a pool room and last year he built a large patio cover for us. Good job, reputable, cleaned after each day, always on time, job is completed in his estimated ETA, honest, I was able to leave him in the house alone without reservation. Highly recommend.
