Bill installed a cat door for us..called the very next day and fit us into his schedule right away. Prompt arrival, fair price, great work. We will be using him again in the future!!

Bill replaced a rusted out exterior garage door and installed a steel storm/screen door. Door was painted/caulked looks great, cleaned up each day. Bill even pointed out damage on the storm door I purchased to give me the opportunity to get a discount from the supplier.

William and Pam were very friendly. They were upfront about the door that was ordered. It was damaged before it ever got to them. He didn't waste my time bringing me damaged goods. He even was able to order me a better quality door for all of our inconvenience. He passed the savings along to me!!! He installed the door and cleaned up all debris.

I love my front door! Bill was always on time and completed the job as promised. Very clean as he worked. I can't wait until I install my French doors because this is the person I will get to install them.

Late on appointment, took 3 hrs to complete job (my son did it in 45 mins, I did original set up in 1.5 hrs. Did not have proper tools or roofing caulk explained project to him on phone, he stated he had all tools etc needed.I guess he did not understand any thing I said. Then complained he had to stop and put gas in his truck. Also he tried to charge $50.00 per hour. I gave him $75.00 And $10.00 for gas. Just had the roofing company out and they repaired and recaulked the leaks he caused. (Please note roof was replaced 2 months prior to his so-called work !)

Bill is totally fantastic to work with and does wonderful work. He was very patient and powered through the odd hiccups my house ALWAYS seems to cough up during any renovation. The job was done fast, neatly and above all RIGHT!. So glad I found him on HA and already have plans to bring him back for another install ASAP.

review by jerry k in leesburg,fl. bill was always here when he said he would be here. he was extremely knowledgeable about his job and the work was perfect. his fee was extremely reasonable for all the work he did. his work area was perfectly cleaned up as he went and when finished. he also did a couple of other tasks at his own insistence. our entry door with a side light were perfect when he was completed with them. i wouldn't hesitate to hire him for other work or to recommend him to anyone.
