Bill repaired around my roof line, fixed and repaired loose asphalt tiles, and closed and caulked gaps to prevent any bees from entering. He even inspected other areas. He is quick and professional and for a very good price. I will keep using him in the future.

Had Bill out for a fascia repair after a bad windstorm. He came and fabricated a new piece for me! Was quick, professional, and also let me know that my roof needed to be replaced soon (a few years). I thought it was an upsell. 2 years later I have shingles blowing off the roof and snapping in half with the slightest bend. Bill is the real deal. Also! Bill himself comes out to do the work. That?s rare. Most trades these days subcontract to the lowest bidder. Not Bill, this man is skilled, extremely knowledgeable, and extremely hardworking.

Bill was responsive to my emails and often following up with a call. He was easy to work with, offered a great price, came quickly, and did a nice job with treating my roof moss, installing zinc strips, unclogging a downspout, and installing a gutter guard. He even noticed a poor installation of a roof vent and was able to correct it. We noticed the same issue on a neighbor's roof and he was able to go over and fix that as well. He's very fair and will only fix things if they really need it (both my house and the neighbors have 2 roof vents, but he determined that only 1 needed correction). We're both going to use him again to fix some soffit vents as well.

I put out this project on Angi. I got a message from Angi that William wanted to quote the project. I was very clear in the description that this was a small project. When he called and I described it again, he said he was too busy for this project. Before we hung up, we agreed that cleaning the shingles (instead of replacing) would solve my issue. He told me a price and I agreed. The day the work was done he was here 15 minutes and the moss that I wanted removed was still there. I asked him why and he said that's how the cleaner worked. That it would go away over time. It appears I paid him $250 to put a moss remover the overhang over my front door and garage. I could have done myself for $60. I was very disappointed and told him. He said that he doesn't care. He doesn't usually take projects for less than $300. If he had just told me about the cleaner, I would have probably hired him for something else. No chance of that.

Did a great job on roof repair. Also offered to do an inspection and found issues i did not see.
