Very sloppy housekeeping. cigarette butts in the yard found screws in the lawn where they were staging supplies. they were supposed to retrofit the existing security railing on the second-floor exterior door; instead, they moved the railing up and attached it to the side of the house.

Excellent work, I can't believe they were able to finish the deck in the time they took. They all had different jobs and worked together great. The deck is beautiful!

I had my roof replaced and along with it they were going to replace 3 bathroom vent fans, rebuild 3 sets of deck stairs and replace a section of the roof fascia. 3 days later they show up to start the work. The problem is they never told me what day they were going to show up and since I sleep during the day as I work nights this made it impossible to sleep, I told them before I needed to know what day they were going to come so I could make arrangements and they did not. They said they would have it done in one day and instead they started on a Friday and finished on Monday evening, they did not replace the section of fascia, and they said they would send an electrician to replace the vent fans, I have not heard back from the electrician in over 3 weeks and the owner of the company told me I have to find someone else to do it.

From start to finish, they built my patio addition in less than a month's time. They were especially considerate regarding our need for social distancing, and attentive to our design suggestions. Great work!

They arrived when they said they would. Once they started they worked hard everyday and kept things neat. We had them replace our existing deck with a screened in porch. The end product is beautiful and best looking porch in the neighborhood. After completion we noticed a mistake, but they returned and made things right, apologized for the inconvenience, and added some extras.

Mark and his crew did a fantastic job for us. Bryan, Adam, Bobby, and all the rest of the crew turned our tired, outdated house into a beautiful home with new roof, gutters, siding, new gable on the front, and several new windows. We ended up with exactly what we wanted and would definitely recommend William Penn Renovation.
