We contracted this company to remodel our kitchen, breakfast nook and family room and they did the most amazing job. We could not be more pleased. Corey Rife, the owner, was most accommodating to our schedule and listened to us for what we wanted to accomplish. His teamâ  s work was professional and they accomplished their work with meticulous detail bringing life to the favorite part of our home. And the cost was more than reasonable! We highly recommend this company for its professionalism, its craftsmanship, and, most of all, its integrity. Weâ  d use them again in a heartbeat!

The subcontractor coordination could have been a little bit tighter but the work was performed as promised and it was a very nice job

Installed my water heater right away. No more cold showers. They responded after hours and installed the next day. Corey was great- did what I needed done and completed the job on time at his quoted price.

Amazing company! I am currently in the process of restoration on a 1831 church. I hired Corey to remove and install tile in my bathroom, hallway and entry way. Not only was his work absolutely exceptional, but he went above and beyond when we he found termite damage. He was able to lead me through the project, even helped picking out the tile colors and accessories. We went with black and white marble and brushed bronze fixtures. Absolutely stunning!..His team was very knowledgeable, they showed up and did everything I could ever ask out of anyone. Very clean, showed up early and worked late till job was done. Corey is a absolute master at his trade, and he was even able to help me with mine, gave me advice on wiring and how to finish the home. I would recommend him to anyone who wants the best!! Pleasure to work with!!

Did exactly what I wanted and the project turned out great.

I would highly recommend Corey! Hard working, dependable, responsive, and does really great work. He was very patient with answering all my questions and keeping me updated on everything as it was a pretty large flooring project. It can be a little nerve wracking to hire a contractor but everything went very smoothly and I couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience. I will definitely be hiring him again for additional projects.

Showed up on time and was fast and clean. Took care on removal of the old water heater. Did the work on a Sunday. Saturday my water heater started leaking. Talk to Corey 3 times Saturday and once on Sunday. Answered all my questions.

I have been using WIlliam Rife Construction as my full service contractor for multiple properties over the last 10 years and they deliver on time and on budget, with impeccable craftsmanship every time I have ever had to call on them. The owner makes it a point to personally make sure my needs as a costumer are met in every way possible. This is the only contractor I will use or recommend and they haven't failed me yet.

We had an emergency and they came the following day. They finished in a timely matter.

Stayed with the job and worked through problems that arose.
