Mr. Shilling has no knowledge of properly removing baseboard water heaters. He flooded tenant occupied living space and boiler room areas Then blames his helper. The flood caused drywall damages, atrocious odor, and stained the rug that was just shampooed. I had to hire a drywall contractor. He also did not cap the water heater pipes that he cut off from the water heater, but charged me for the parts. I had to release him, and rehire other contractors to correct, and to complete his work, which exceeded his proposal charge. A total nightmare!!!

Work was performed on time and completed when it was needed and it was a professional job well done.

I had contacted 5 businesses early Monday morning and this is the only 1 to get back to me before lunchtime. Gave me a price over the phone and was there the next day. They contacted me at work Tuesday and said they were done. Came home to find they did what they said needed to be done and we are pleased with the work and the price was very reasonable.
